Guys! This beautiful success story is ALL thanks to you. I posted 56 blog posts in 2014, that’s an average of 1 post a week, bringing the total number of posts on my blog to 177 posts.  I could not have been motivated to do that if you weren’t reading and commenting! I just want to say thank you! Thank you so much for stopping by, thanks for interacting with me, thank you to the beautiful people who wrote guest-blog posts, the ones on blogosphere who conversed with me and encouraged me to keep writing. The ones who re-blogged or put links to my  blog in their posts and pages. Allow me say a special thank you to Funmilayo Akinosi, who many years ago, would tell me almost everyday, “you should write a blog”. I remember one Friday evening at about 9.30p.m, we had just finished our Friday meeting at the law firm I worked then and she said “EHP, please come to my computer, I need you to take a look at this Agreement” or something like that, I came and she had blogspot open, she goes “put your email address”, I did, she says “choose a password”, I did, she said “there, you have a blog, now write”, LOL, that’s how I started blogging, I was doing mainly short stories then… I bless Funmilayo’s heart because blogging has given me soooooo much joy and an outlet for the creativity within.

The figures in the report may not look like much but believe me, ALL of the 14,000+ clicks I got last year, were 14,000 affirmations, 14,000 blessings, 14,000 “keep doing what you are doing”, 14,000 clicks to 56 posts means 250 clicks per post on average (though of course, some posts got more clicks than others). I bless God for you all. Thank you so much. And thanks to WordPress for making it so easy. I am totally non-techie, so if I can blog, then really anyone can.

This year, I intend to do more, so please leave me a comment telling me what areas you would like me to speak more on, from personal leadership, to finances, to marriage, travel, career progression… I may not be an expert at all, but we can talk through it together and see if we come up with something amazing, that improves us all.

Stay awesome this year, and thanks for journeying with me through 2014! Let’s all flourish in 2015!

2014 in Review

The stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 14,000 times in 2014. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 5 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
